1. Refund Policy
You have 7 days from delivery to obtain a refund for eligible items.
Steps to Request a Refund Online:

Visit My Account > Orders.

Select Request Refund.

Select the item(s), reason, and quantity to return.

Choose your refund method.

Download and print the return shipping label, then secure it to the package.
Refund Timeline:

Collection: Our delivery team will collect the item(s) within 2 to 4 working days.

Inspection: We’ll conduct a quality check within 2 working days after receiving the item(s).

Refund Processing: Your bank or card provider may take up to 14 working days to complete the refund.
The original way of payment will be refunded. For Cash on Delivery (COD), please request our online store to get your money back.
Important Notes:

Refund requests are only accepted from registered users.

Only one refund request can be submitted per order at a time.

If needed, you can cancel a refund request before the return window closes and raise a new one.
