We make returns easy and hassle-free!

You have 7 days to return items. But with one condition if the item is damaged or used this is the only reason you can return your item. You have to share the pictures of the damaged dress on our email or live chat within 1 day so we will contact you and you can return within 7 days but make sure to share the pictures within 1 day. 

Return Steps:

  1. Pack the item(s) in their original packaging or secure alternative packaging.

  2. Include a copy of your invoice inside the package.

  3. Hand the package over to the assigned courier when they arrive.

Things You Cannot Return:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or those showing clear signs of wear.

Other Key Points:

  • Our courier will attempt pickup up to 1 time. If the package is not handed over, the return request will be canceled.

  • Promotional or bundled items must be returned together as they were delivered.

  • Returns can only be initiated by registered users.
