• Once delivered, the responsibility for the items transfers to the customer.

• We offer a 7-day return policy for clothing and bags only, if:
  
  

• Items are unused,
  
  

• In their original packaging,
  
  

• Have all tags attached,
  
  

• And are returned with the original invoice.
  
  

• Perfumes are non-returnable under any condition.
  
  

• Used, worn, or damaged items, or items missing parts (e.g., belts or straps), will not be accepted for return.
  
  

• All returns undergo a quality check before refund approval.
  
  

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment only.
